| Know that you are on a lifestyle and not a diet. For me, and not saying that this works for everyone, but when I get a lit hungry, I take a couple of Ginsing. Curves my appetite and boost my energy between meals. Work on those veggies!

| Welcome to the ADBB and this WOL (way of life). I too started out as a veggie hater. Add veggies slowly, and puree in a blender or food processor if you have to to achieve a non-veggie consistency. I find that cooking veggies like broccoli or cauliflower with meat helps give them a richer flavor. You will be loving them in no time! |
