| Thanks all for the welcome! I have an exercise bike that I use, am thinking about a treadmill, just have to figure out where I can put it. I have a small house! LOL My asthma makes outdoor stuff difficult at times, and right now my part of Oklahoma has been suffering a pretty rough drought, so very dusty. (Did rain a little finally last night, but not enough to lift the burn bans.) I'm feeling great so far, and haven't even felt an urge to cheat (knock on wood!) I really expected a lot of cravings, but haven't had much. The worst has been that I used a lot of mints and gum after I quit smoking, so I still want to put something in my mouth, but not anything I can't deal with. Anyway, thanks again for the welcome. I'm reading my way around the site, so certainly will see you around the board! |
