Go to the induction section and print out the acceptable food list as it lists all the great veggies for this plan. Most are legal and very good for you, but remember some are limited to one cup.

| You can't just tantalise us other Aussies like that. Where are you? You can put it in your profile and it will show on the band at the top of the messages you post. This is a great way of eating. Read the book and you will find it easy ti stick to and you'll never, ever, be hungry again! Good lusk.

| Hi there Odille I am from Sydney. I am finding it hard to be honest with you as I miss my fruit and veges. I have been doing it 3 days and have lost 3 kgs which I cant believe and Im happy with as I only really want to loose another 5 kgs so if it keeps coming off like this Im sticking with it. Thanks for the info...I will go and have a look at the Aussie web site. Have read a bit of the book but really need to put my mind to it and go through it a bit more throughly. Take care |
