Hi, my name is Jody. I am 29 years old and am 5 feet tall. My goal is to lose weight (and all the other benefits) by my 30th birthday. I started about 4 weeks ago (again) and hope not only to have the same success as I did last year, but to exceed and continue this WOL and WOE for the rest of my life. And yes, I have the book!

So it's nice to meet everyone. I love reading about all of you and your success. I think this is a really great site to get tons of support.
