| there is nothing healthy to counter that except don't eat them. you can use plain cocoa powder mixed with some cream cheese for TOM issues. have you tried ACE-K it isn't a sugar alcohol sweetner. how about Stevia?

| For me the best thing to do was to stay away from all chocolate. Keep your two week induction totally clean. The urge for sweets will drop off and you won't miss it. If you continue to feed your sweet tooth it will just stay there, ready to pounce ferociously when you least expect it. I tried some of the sweet things we can have, but they would stall me or set me up to look for more and more. By totally avoiding it (and it's not easy but so worth it) I lost the urge. Moochiecat had serious chocolate issues and now she's lost lots of weight and looks gorgeous and she beat her chocolate addiction. You should read some of her stickies. Or just ask her how she did it. Good luck!
