| I just registered here myself, and started my induction on January 11th, only two days passed and I've lost 7 pounds. I have a lot to go but I'm ready. I had the book and loaned it out so until I get to the store I found the 4-sided card VERY helpful. Friendly, good luck and the beautiful thing about losing weight is how good you feel inside. Get started right away. The weight you drop during induction is all the incentive you really need, but check out everyone's results, and before and after pics here and you'll find it all-inspiring. I know I did.
