| Congrats on the initial Weight Loss! The greta thing about Atkins is that it's not just a diet, but it educates you on why you became overweight. This relates to excessive carb intake in our modern diet and the insulin roller-coaster. In my opinion this is the truth of why people get overweight and there is no other way to address than through a diet of Low Carb in nature. From my experience it's important to remember that you must be able to keep this up for the rest of your life, because going 'off' is not an option, if you want to be healthy. I've found that as the weeks and months roll by, you because less 'addicted' to carbs, and that sticky to this way of life because easier to do. Remember variety is the spice of life, and if you don't like that taste of something - don't eat it! Well that's my motto anyway! Congrats again and we hope to see more of your success story as it unfolds!
