Hello there!! I am restarting Atkins after 2.5 yrs... reason being: I AM ENGAGED!!! I am soooo excited and really noticed how poorly I have been eating and how much weight I had put back on... SO I think this board is amazing and I look forward to chetting with you all on here!!

Hello and welcome! I too decided to get into the best shape possible due to a recent engagement - my wedding is set for July 8, 2006 and I have 10 pounds and 8% body fat to lose. Good luck to you - you can do it - and CONGRATULATIONS! You have found a wonderful place for info and support.

Hey Tammers...you're in my neck of woods : )

I saw a special "Biggest Loser" last night and they were engaged couples, losing weight together and the winners (losing the most weight) won a $50,000 wedding! It was pretty cool.
