| It depends person to person on when to take your vitamins. I feel they are most beneficial to me if I take a multivitamin directly after I work out and a B vitamin in the morning for energy. I've noticed a great reduction in recovery time when I take a multi after my workout. As for the chromium, I don't take it, so I'm nto sure. There is a sticky about ketostix in the FAQ forum.
