| I believe an ounce can be converted to 2 Tablespoons. An ounce of cheese visually I think is the size of a dice. Not sure on that one, but I just wanted to let you know I think it's awesome you've decided to start early! I put it off for 2 months and could have kicked myself! You'll be glad you started now.

| Good for you! If you're starting on a Monday hopefully the Induction flu will leave you alone. Thank you for the kind words. I started almost 2 years ago and don't regret a thing.

| Best to weigh it once you've bought a block, and in the shop divide the weight of the block by ounces and call that a serve - you'll be able to visualise it. We buy 1/2 kilo blocks which is about 1.1 lbs, so that would be say 18 ounces or serves. But I usually have about 2 oz with a salad lunch and find it is very filling.
