| welcome to ADBB and back to Atkins. COngrats on the new little one. Check out our exercise challenges for some added support in that mandatory part of the Atkins priogram. Looks like you can do the supporting with your teaching skills too. Check out the Century CLub lots of 100+ to be losers started there too. if you don't already you might want to get a free account at www.fitday.com so you can log your foods and see if your ratios 65% fats, 30% proteins and your 20 net grams af fiber are geting done each day.there is a stickie in the FAQ teklling you how to set it up if you need help. you have to in the goals section tell it to track fiber for you as it will not subtract the fiber for you like Dr Atkins tells us to.
