second time around

Hello everyone my name is Gina and this is my second time around. Although the weight came off the first time I've gained it back. I haven't went over the size I was but quickly got bored with the foods. I am a little concerned because I can't exercise right now. I was in a car accident back in Oct and still having problems with my neck and back. When I started the first time I felt on top of the world but quickly fell off. I had energy to share with others and now I am just barely making it, always feeling sluggish. I have been back on induction for 4 days now. Please help me to decide how to continue. My son is getting married in July and I would like to be in a size 10 by then. I am at 220 pounds and a size 14. I don't know how I stayed in a 14 though, when I started I was in a size at the first time. I have enjoyed view everyones comments and advice. I just need some kind of help here.

Hi Gina, Welcome back.

Congrats to your son. Now Please come down the forum a bit to the second time around club and join us there too.

Can you walk Gina? Even just a little bit. Any kind of exercise is a start. Have you talked to your doctor about exercise? Or a physical therapist?

What about water aerobics? Please stay with us. Stay on induction, follow the book and I am sure that many of the wonderful people on this board will have loads of suggestions for you.

I need all the encouragement I can get. I am able to move around but my back and neck hurts so bad I told the doctor to put me in the hospital. I've had physical therapy and chiropratic care. Something is wrong, I still really hurt. That darn car I would have been walking everyday by now . I don't want to sit and fall to pieces so I decided to go back on induction.
