Thumbs up New here but not to diets...

My name is Michelle and i live in ohio. i have been on the atkins diet on and off for years but this time is diffrent...i have been on it for one month and i have lost 25 pounds so far....i am 24, married (hubby on diet too) and trying to concive our first child....

Congratulations Michelle on your 25 pound loss. So happy that you've joined us. I lived in Ohio (outside Cleveland) when I was growing up.

It is nice that you and Mike are doing this together, you have a live-in walking and exercise partner. (I'm jealous).

This is the best place for you two to come to get motivation, information and inspiration to get healthy. The posts from others who are making the WOE work for them is very encouraging.

welcome to ADBB andback to Atkins. Congrats on the great job you are doing.


Please discuss youo prenatal vits and minerals with your doc because if you make poor food choices you can be low in things like folic acid and your baby to be will suffer develomentally before you are even aware you are preggo.
