Induction 'flu' can last several days, depending on how much you need to detox, but when it passes you feel just great. The following are obvious, but really important: Water.... plenty of it every day Exercise.... as much as you feel up to doing DANDR (Dr. A's book) - 2002 edition (this board follows that one) Keeping carbs down Look forward to following your losses and seeing you around the board!
