| Oh advice, you've come to the right place! Welcome Jennifer! It's great to see you preparing, make sure you get your cupboards and kitchen ready for the big change in your eating habits. Keep plenty of water on hand too, it's a great way to keep the flat flushing out of your body as you lose. Glad to see you plan to exercise, that's also a GREAT way to start off! Good luck, and I look forward to seeing many more posts from you.

| Thank you very much. I have been to other places online, and they actually DISCOURAGE exercising with weights and doing cardio. It's nice to know someone here agrees with me |

| Welcome to ADBB! Read the stickys, they really help. I didn't have my book when I found ADBB, and I never would have made it through Induction without the wonderful people on this board. They are always willing to help, answer any questions, listen to how you feel. Also, sign up for a fitday account (www.fitday.com). It really helps keep you on track with what you are eating.
