Hi Christy, I know how you feel. I took my pictures yesterday (shorts and sports bra - YIKES) and it was definitely a very EMOTIONAL moment for me.  I couldnt believe how big I am.Hang in there, just take it one day at a time and try not to dwell on it. And use the boards for support! That's what I'm planning to do! |

Don't cry, you are on your way to being healthy and happy!!! Forget yesterday, today is new and wonderful. Every single day is a day closer to your goal, and that is great! Glad to have you on ADBB! Keep us posted on your progress!

Pretty soon you will be glad you have that picture so u can prove it was hard work that got you where u wanted to be. It was so hard for me to post that first pic but I wanted no excuses for myself. You will soon be a sexy babe!
