| WELCOME. We are thrilled to have you join us. You will make it this time. Sounds like you have the right attitude and you also have us here to support you along the way. This site has been a life-saver for me!! I also have arthritis. I have it in both knees...and although it doesn't hurt as much since I've lost weight, it is still a big issue with me. But...as long as I can walk I am continueing on plan and not letting that stop me. Best wishes!!!!

| Congrats on starting again.I too lost 80lbs and managed to put almost 50lbs of it back on.Its very upsetting.I couldnt fit in any of my clothes.....so here I am doing the same thing.Jumping back on the wagon and learning from my mistakes.I wont gain this back again ever.I will track myself and whenever 10lbs comes back on, its switch into induction again. Its a lifestyle I am basically gonna have to live with for the rest of my life. The other way hasnt worked for me and lifes too short to spend it worrying about how our "buts" look in a pair of jeans

| Welcome! I was so much like you, I did great on Atkins about 3 years ago, but I didn't get it through my head that it is a WAY OF LIFE, not a diet, not a temporary fix, not something to fall back on when I need to lose a few pounds, and then ignore it when I feel like it. I HOPE I've gotten it through my head this time around! We're all rooting for you and you won't find a better bunch of people anywhere!
