| Joss I know how you feel! I too lost over 60 lbs on Atkins and then fell off the wagon and gained alot of it back. I don't even like to think about it. I know it works - no doubt about it. I think my problem was going back to old habits. At first I thought it would be ok - I would get back on in a few days - well a few days went into months. And look at me now. I restarted yesterday. It' sbeen hard - but not as hard as I thought. I too am so tired of being the biggest person in the room. It just seem so unfair sometimes when I look around and everyone else is just like the "perfect" size and there I am the goodyear blimp!!! I think these feelings are what will get up going and keep up going until we too reach our ideal weight. Don't feel bad - everyone messes up sometimes. The most important thing is that your getting back and it won't be long before some of the weight comes off and you won't feel like the biggest person anymore. Best of luck Pamela |
