| Hi meganh and welcome to and back to Atkins! It's great that you don't like to diet, because Atkins is a way of life! Follow the rules and you'll be a success! AND it sounds like you had a great start last time you did Atkins! That's awesome! You might be interested in the Second Time Around Club (STAC) forum in the Miscellaneous section or possibly the 14 Day Induction forum in the Atkins phases section of the board! Also, if you haven't already, check out the exercise and challenges on the board ... it's a fun way to get your exercise in, be held accountable and get loads of support! See you around the board!

| Welcome it is great the u are obbseesive when u start a program because when u start this way of eating it takes deligence to know what to have and what not to have. Read all labels lots of things have hidden sugars or carbs things added to the ingridients that we just don't eat. Natural foods are always better,by this I mean foods u have to prepare yourself. I am sure will be a pro at this way of life in no time!
