| hi welcome aboard i am here to give u some motivation if i can do it anyone can u just need to stick to it... do apply for boot camp it helped me a great deal..but before signing up keep one thing in mind that it is a commitment and during boot camp u have to accomplish some tasks too..so if u leave the boot camp it will ruin not only your effort but your mentors `s too happy low carbing to add GW/CW/HW gooooooooooo user control..click on edit signature and in the dialogue bbox write your heart out sadie

| thank u loarrubla yes thats me i was 132 lbs in that pic..iwas acutally at 150lbs post pregnancy but when i started atkins i was 136lbs..and shed some weight i am so small now that i fit in XS small stuff..hehe u will do it girlie just stick around.

| i am in mintainace..i did induction most of the time..then i moved to owl and fell of the wagon did induction again and moved to OWL and fell again then i just stuck to indution untill i reached the goal..and now i am just maintaing the weight thank u so much but for me i cant see much differenc i still feel like i am chubby and i have a strong urge to loose more weight..but my body isnt letting me go any down than that. i can blame the fat goggles i have put on

| Hi and welcome. You can do this! You can achieve this! You have to keep telling yourself that over and over. When you think about cheating. Just repeat those words, I am strong, I can do this, I am worth this, I will do this. Even if you have to do it out loud. Walk away from the temptation. As far as snacks...olives(within the limit), cheese(also within the limit), boiled eggs, pig skins, cucumbers, you will be surprised what you will come up with. Take some ham slices spread some cream cheese in it roll it up...and that is a good snack...also I have heard of people putting pepperoni in the microwave...haven't tried it yet but it sounds good and they say it gets rid of that chip craving!
