| Welcome Holly! I know it is a bit confusing. But I have been on the site all day...and look at my signature now! LOL. Anyway, I too, am like you. I did Atkins four years ago and had great success for two years. In the last two years, I let it all go, for one excuse after another. NOW it is time for ME. We can be Atkins buds, as we are old hats at it, and we've restarted on the same day. If I can dig up my book, I'll look for the recipe for you. I have the new one now, but I started with the one from the 70's!!!! But I must say, I do like the recipes in the new book, and the ones on here MUCH better than the old book . I'll get back to you, have a few unpacked boxes in the basement....Cheers and Welcome!!
