| I was not hypoglecemic but I was pre-diabrtic and most of the time I had trouble with low blood sugars terrible feeling. Atkins has corrected that problem I only have a slight problem when I deviate from the plan but it is still not as severe as before! Welocme

| Hi Austlyn, Cypressgirl, Sadie & Lizzy - - Thanks for responding to all. Sadie, I'm not diabetic, I'm hypoglycemic, plus I have other medical problems. I was hoping to find someone who has to eat protein as often as I do (3 hrs) and how they make it tasty and different. |

| I know you are not diabetic but there might be some good advice there, as Sadie has pointed out. There is a whole forum for recipes as well you have to sift threw them there are soooooooooo many. Also explore many people are great cooks and will give u their recipes if you get to know them.
