| As long as you are truly hungry you may eat somthing on plan. If you are like many of us who feel a great need to have somthing to do in boredom then no that is not okay. You and you alone knows the true answer to that question but you could always ask yourself Am I comfortable? Am I truly still hungry? I think these two questions would help, many of us have to learn how to re-eat to feel just satiate not that need to take a nap full feeling. Hope this helps you!

| if you are distracted while you eat like watching TV while eating the area of the brain that tells the body it is eating doesn't and you find out when your hand hits the bottom of the bag so be sure you focus on the food when you consume it and drink water before during and after your workout to be sure you are not thirsty as both hunger and thrist controls inthe brain are close and signal spillover happens. Drink the fluid and if you are still hungry 20 min later eat.Eat 1/2 yur food and see if 20 min later you are still hungry if so eat some more if not them stop evenif it doesn't seem like you ate enough to stay healthy.
