| Hi and welcome. You really need to get yourself a copy of Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution to understand this way of eating and to do it right. You'll also experience more success this way too! You can find copies for sale all over the internet for good prices. We recommend the 2002 edition. |

| Hi Sam u need to read the book first only then u can do justice to your diet..i am from pakistan a close neighbour and i can understand your cuisne ..and how hard it is for us to give up all the chapatis and rice. but if i could do it u can too best of luck!

| Welcome to Sam. I know it is hard to let go of your cultural foods. I love my rotis and my rice and ground provisions BUT do yourself a great favour and do a clean induction. And guess what, still congratulate yourself on losing those 2 pounds. It is still an achievement!! Why don't you pop over to the journal section and start one for yourslef. It is a great way to track what you are eating!! |
