Thanks everyone for their support. I'm very excited about this and ready to be able to have some positive results. My main thing right now is the exercise. I have a 9 month old and it's rough to get anything done b/c he wants MAMA right their by him. So I'm going to try to figure something out SOON!  HUGS

Welcome to ADBB!! At least having a 9 month old is exercise! They sure keep you busy, I remember that. Great job so far on your journey, keep us posted!

SW 179 CW 155 GW 135 5' 4"  OWL Rung 3- Seeds and NutsFrankenfoods- Low Carb Shakes, Bars, Candies. Sugar Alcohols= Weight loss stalls and cravings!! These are BAD for us!!!! |
