| Here's a perspective changer. With only 12 pounds to lose in the beginning, you already have lost 16.7% of your goal. That is a very good start. For me to have lost that amount I would have had to lose over 32 pounds in those same 12 days. Remember this is not a crash diet to fix yourself by a certain date, but a way to relearn how to eat for the rest of your life. This does not equal Induction for the rest of your life, but it does mean your dependence on carbs will be broken, and your energy will be that much higher. I'd recommend that you keep going with where you are at, finish Induction back into ketosis, and then start progressing OWL rungs soon. You should have very effective loss with that philospohy.
