| I'm just starting today as well. I'm new to it, and I really can't help advice wise, but maybe we can keep each other motivated, as it seems we have some similarities! Good luck! I'm sure we can both do this! |

| Welcome.......and wow...........3 kids by 25........congratulations and I bet you are tired. Anyway, I found prepacked cheese (you know the type we buy for the kids lunches),cold cuts and olives were my top choices. They are easy to grab on the go and it keeps you full until you can sit down for a proper meal.Just remember to drink water and try to stay away from diet colas, this is something I have struggled with the entire time. Its hard at the beginnning, but drinking water has become normal for me now. Good luck and keep us posted.

| there are differing views of caffiene. Mine would be take one thing at a time. Get yourself through the first fews days and the headache and then start reducing your caffiene intake. I have four kids myself so i know how busy you are! My suggestion is when you have a chance make things up ahead of time. A package or two of bacon to cook and then store in baggies in the fridge are great for quick snacks, also cheese and cut up salads and veggies. In a few days your apetite supression will be kicking in so you'll have to force yourself to eat probably, but its a good feeling nonetheless!
