Default Newbie: Wanting to be skinny again.

Hello everyone. I am so happy I found this board. I have gotten very lazy over the past 2 years and gained 30 pounds!!! I am really serious about getting back into shape and losing the weight to fit into all of my clothes again. I am currently 185 pounds and my goal weight is 150. I am 5"8 and 35 years old.

I am looking forward to success with Atkins!!! I start tomorrow morning at 9AM.

Thanks for the welcome. 9AM is when I eat breakfast every day so my first Atkins meal will be then.
