| Sarah, Congrats are in order! You are doing great, and the bowel issue is a given in the first week. Happened to me, also. It's kind of a detox system that your body goes through. I also had achy-ness, fever, chills...kind of like the flu, which is common. Just keep hydrated, and stay cheat-free, and you will be amazed at how well you feel! Good luck! | Psyllium Husks...get it at GNC or another vitamin place. Buy it in natural form, looks like saw dust. Put 1-3 tablespoons in a glass of water or juice, mix, and drink once a day or put it in a shake. Psyllium is supposed to help diarhea and constiptation, it's like a cure for any bowel problems....also people take it as an appetite suppressent. It may take a day or two to give results. Good luck!
