| The way I do it is go an change it each time. Not sure if there is another way or not, but that is what I do. That is why it does not get updated all the time, as I may lose 3 lbs and gain 1. So I usually change mine when their is a 5 lb or more weight loss-- or a goal achieved. Maybe someone will telll you an easier or more convient way, but that is the only way I know. Sorry |

| Welcome. So happy you've decided to take control of your life and start a new life-style. Regardless of how many pounds you lose by your birthday...you'll look and feel 100% better and have tons more energy. make sure you read the book, Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution, edition 2002. I've followed Dr. A's plan and never regretted one minute of it. If you exercise, drink lots of water, keep motivated and take supplements, his plan will work for you. There are so many recipes, challenges, ideas, suggestions, advice and friends here in the ADBB that will help you keep focused and make it happen. | omg u guys are just so sweet....I love it....I tried the whole chicken Idea...with broccoli and cheese and ham.....omg...im inlove....was a great suggestion thank u.....I bought enough for a week of that meal...haha....sooo good....but i'll keep u posted with how im doing...i'd love to hear everyones stories...keep in touch |
