If you got your ticker at tickerfactory.com, it would have placed a "cookie" on your computer so that when you go back to their main page and then click on the weight loss link, it should just ask you to update your current weight.

If you clean out your cookies on a regular basis, you'll have to create a new one each time you clean out your cookies.
