hello everyone.my name is vanessa and im from new york.I'm new to the atkins way of life and i am hoping to meet others and gain support along the way.i started two days ago and have dropped a few pounds already so i am happy with the progress.Anyway i just wanted to introduce myself and i will post again soon.Congratulations to all who have lost so far and to those who's new like me....good fortune to you all.
