| If you read the box of breakfast bars, you will see they have a lot of carbs. I can't figure out how they get their 2net grams, but it is explained somewhere on this board. I just read it. Anyway, they are known to stall people. I would cut them out completely and see if that is what is stalling you. I think the new book says you can eat them on induction, but if you go by the old book, which I do, they are a no no for induction. Good luck. |

| LOL those are the only product I ever saw on the Atkins.com site that actually had a web page about what to do if the bars stalled your weight loss. the answer was to give them up. DO yourself a favor and unlearn the mythical magical counting nincounting carbs concept and count everything but fiber in your carb counts as that is the only carb the gooesd in your mouth and comes out your butt unmetabolized by law.
