| Hi Pinkee and welcome to ADBB and Atkins. You've had some awesome results for Induction, good for you! I didn't have the coke problem, but coffee was pretty hard to give up, so I understand your feelings...but it didn't take very long to lose the habit. Take care and we'll see you around the board!

| Welcome! I know how hard it is to give up something we love. My problem is coffee first thing in the morning. I have managed to get rid of the creamer and have been drinking it black and limiting myself to 1-2 cups. Next goal will be to nix the coffee. Anyway, keep up the good work. See you around!
