| Welcome! 7.5 lbs in the first week is FANTASTIC! Keep up the good work.
__________________ June Goals 1. Continue with water 2. Use bike more (3x per week would be nice). 3. Continue with videos. 4. Go to the YMCA for water classes. 5. Build stamina for more walking. Goals for May: 1. Water every day - at least 100 oz. 2. Walk through Wal Mart instead of ride. 3. Post every day. 4. Get the exercise bike out of basement and use it! 5. Re-read DANDR! I've been doing Atkins for 2 years and I can tell you that this program works. Like you, I tried all the diets out there and never lost the weight. It wasn't until I read Dr. Atkins' book and decided to change my life-style that I got control over my eating and my life. Become active in the ADBB, utilize the forums to educate yourself, challenge yourself and make friends with the people who are making this happen. Devise a plan of action that will help you through the hard times when you feel like reaching for food. Best wishes!!!!
