Hi all,

I am new here but definately not new to Atkins. First week of May was 2 years since I suddenly realized that I am fat, and this fresh idea was very interesting hmmmmmm


During one and a half years I went down to 140 lbs which was my goal. I also went down to size 8 or 7 (depends)... from somewhat around 18 or 16. During this time I've had everything... I fainted twice, I lost hair, etc etc... scared my DH

Some people here may remember me from other board.... especially Betty and AllieCat ( had diff name there... will try to PM them).

My problems now?? Basically none, except eating way too much... all food is legal, and I NEVER in 2 years had any sh**t in my mouth... but I think I am eating too much..... I love cheese, ham, steaks, pork.... fish and ALL types of seafood are my fav... and I can eat CRAPLOADS of veggies... sigh... I know I know... even broccoli could be TOO MUCH huh?


I hope I can find same-minded folks here... seems like some really nice helpful people...
