Hello everyone,

After a couple of years of hard work, I was very near my goal weight. That was last summer. Since then, I've had a couple of bumps in my life (some tough family stuff this winter, quitting smoking 2 months ago) and the pounds came rolling back.

I decided to give Atkins a go, but it's been a bit tricksy to start ... a lot of the info I had when I started was conflicting, so I looked around online for clarification & stumbled on this board. From what I've been reading, this seems like a well informed & supportive group of people ... which is who I need to be hanging out with if I'm gonna make this work, so here I am!

I've got lots of questions, which I'll post in the induction folder in a minute.
