| welcome to Atkins and to ADBB. what you doing for the mandatory exercise part of your Atkins? we have many ongoing open enrollment chasllenges going on in the exercise challeng3e section and the 6 week exercise challenges have their own forum 6WEC. lots of fun and encouragement in them to help keep you going when you don't feel motivated. | You have definitely come to the right place for encouragment and inspiration. ADBB is filled with people who are making it happen. I don't think I could have done it without the support and motivation I received from the ADBB. Glad you read the book. Make sure you drink lots of water, take the supplements and EXERCISE.
