| Well, I would like to wish you luck on your journey, and let me just add, that I would kill to be 130. I'm hoping for 150, but I'm told that at 150, I would look anorexic. |

| Welcome!!! Your stats aren't too different than mine were when I began Atkins in January 2002. I weighed 133, which was the highest weight of my life. I am 5'3 and very small boned. Initially I wanted to lose just 15 pounds, but I managed that within 4 months, so I kept going. I loved the foods I could eat on Atkins. I also began an exercise plan the same day I started. Now, 4 years later, I've lost 40 pounds and kept it off easily. I began running in 2003 and now I'm up to running 35 miles every week. All this to say, if I can do it, YOU CAN DO IT! You are *so* wise to workout with Atkins .. the payback will amaze you! Betty
