| Hey Jman, welcome. Im just starting out myself. What condements? Be careful of ketchup, there's always added sugar or even worse, high fructose corn syurp. Same with some hot dogs, you never know what a company is going to use for filler. Mustard is perfectly safe as long as its not honey mustard, and relish im not so sure about... dill is probabally allright but sweet relish is right out. Good luck with your very ambitious goal... I have to lose the same amount, and I'm also going back to the gym (starting today after work actually) so maybe we can both hit our goal... I don't know if I can do it in four months though. |

| I found a relish at Kroger that has NO sugar in it and no carbs.

| Hi Jman Its great that you've picked Atkins as your diet, it works very well. Well it did for me last year, I lost 3 stone in 4 months (42lbs?!). I did this on extending Induction and going to the gym 5 nights a week and being very strict with alcohol! I wish you the best of luck in obtaining your goal. xxx
