| Carb intake for Induction is 20 grams - usually about 3 cups of veggies. DON'T FOREGO THE VEGGIES!!! They are very very very (did I mention very?) important! It is absolutely NOT okay to not eat veggies! Besides all the marvelous nutrients, veggies contain fiber, which you absolutely must have. Oh, and while I'm on this, don't make all your veggies lettuce! There are some great options out there! Good luck! Stacy

| you know you're always welcome back big jay... i agree with stacy, eat your 3 cups of veggies a day. Do you have a friend or family member that can go on the diet with you? I know it'd be hard if your trying to do it by yourself and everyone else is eating 'normally'. You know you can always come here for support as well... good luck to you! |
