| Usually for anyone with 20 pounds or less to lose, those last pounds come off slower, yes. Most people should expect to lose 10% (approximately, not guaranteed) of the weight they need to lose during induction. So, for 20 lbs, a 2 pound loss for the first two weeks of induction wouldn't be unheard of. Good luck!
