Welcome.

The ADBB is the best support system you'll ever find. Why? Because we are all here to help each other succeed and want to encourage each other to reach our goals.

Other people in our lives may not understand how we feel about our weight and health. They may be afraid for us to change - thinking that if our bodies change, then we will no longer need them.

Here, you can say how you feel, ask any questions you have, join in the many challenges and get all the motivation that you need to change your negative habits into healthy positive ones. We want to see you succeed. Best wishes and Keep us posted on your progress!!

Well Minijun, if you're going to Milan you'll just have to try and put blinkers on when it comes to all the pastas and sweet treats!! The gorgonzola cheese is awesome up there in the North. I'm in Umbria (central Italy, near Tuscany) and it doesn't come close. Instead of pasta courses you can go with the antipasti (hors d'oeuvres). Things like bresaola (cured beef sliced thin like prosciutto) with arugula and shards of parmesan (yummy)... mozzarellas, prosciutto and melon if you're at the fruit rung by then. Fish is very good here too. Caprese salad is another good option (tomatoes and mozzarella with fresh basil, oil and salt). Oh... and I just remembered... up there they do a mean Tagliata con rucola (beef cut against the grain, I think, with arugula)

Hope you get there and have a ball!
