| ok here is motivation for you ...my first thought was "how do I want to look in pictures with my kids?" then go from there that will do it for you ....make people take tons of pics even if you feel heavy and post them up and choose how you are going to look by next years pics OOOXXX you will be there in no time I promise ..especially if you are breastfeeding ...mother natures best weightloss remedy ..babies on the boobs and the fat comes off your tummy!!! | Listen to Miss Heidi! She knows so much! Regarding breakfast, you are not limited to "breakfasty" foods. Try leftovers, turkey roll-ups, mock danishs, so many options! Just try to make it a combo of protein, fat and a little carbs at every meal. Personally, I frequently have breakfast for dinner and dinner for breakfast! Good luck! Stacy
