Hi guys/gals

Today is the day that I start the Atkins induction phase. I've had great results with this in the past, and I'm thrilled about the fact that I giving it another shot.

My begining wieght is 190

My goal wieght is 165


I just want to thank you guys for the motivation in advance I will keep you posted weekly
