Good for you, congratulations, and welcome!!  It just wont work until we are ready to pay the price. I have found though, that after even a small amount of yo-yoing on the plan, the weigh loss isnt as quick as the first time. But hang in there! See ya around!

Finally Im So Glad To Be Here With My Own!!!!! 
and I'm ready to share! First of all let me just say that I've tried the Atkins Diet on my own before. I read a number of his books and I just followed the plan. I ran into numerous stalls and snares, but not before losing a nice whopping 12lbs on my 14day induction phase. I fell off around Holidays and stress filled times. I started back up a few weeks before my marriage which by the way was 2/18/06 yes I'm a newly wed
! But of course the reception held promises of cake and more cake so I fell off again married and all. Well after five months of playing, and being seriously unhappy with myself, I'm back,I'm serious,and most of all I'm ready!!!
