This time. I've lost over 50 pounds. Not even one single bar. I made a promise to myself, not to use them. If I don't make it, or cook it myself, I'm very non-trusting of it. There are so many wonderful things and recipes we can do our own.
Sugar Free Candy, Sugar Free this, Sugar free that......just a way to get your money and make you stall or addicted to it. You can still overeat that junk. Basically, my outlook is it's still....Junk Food.
The only time I could see those bars coming in handy, if your doing a huge hike, 20 miles or so, a long bike ride, a long run, maybe for quick protein, but otherwise....my suggestion...
Toss those bars in the trash!
