Default Ready or not......

Hi everyone! I desperately want to lose 20 pounds and I'm hoping this will do the trick! I've never been worried about weight until the all of a sudden, the scale just started creeping up and before I knew it, my waist didn't exist anymore! I'm so new to this, I can't help but feel that all of the fat I'm eating (salad dressing, bacon, sausage, cheese, cream) is just going to increase my weight! I know people who live this lifestyle and it has worked beautifully for them, so ready or not......bring on the cheese!

You got it!! This way of life is awesome!! I mean where else can you eat a nice juicy steak, a nice salad, deviled eggs, whipped cream....whipped pumpkin, etc .etc and walk away 3 months later 50 pounds lighter!!!

Just follow the book to the T, drink your water, loose the sugar and bread, and you'll be 20 pounds lighter in no time!!!

Exercise too!! Don't forget that!!

First of all... if you don't have the book... get it and read it... and then keep it on your night table as your bible

You get to eat bacon, but the cheese amount is restricted during induction, also you need to eat all your 3 cups of veggies... it's really important to do a clean induction.

Use this forums, you'll find all the extra info you'll need, feel free to ask anything, no one will judge or think it's a stupid question... the people here are like angels that want you to succeed

Good luck in this journey... you wont regret you started it
