I started induction yesterday. I tried doing this a few years ago and didn't do well. I was ready to kill after the first day or so. I'm ok this time I think. I really need to do something. Anyway, I'm 5'7 weighed 198 yesterday and weigh 197 today. My goal is 130. One question I have is, can I drink the Diet Lipton Green Tea drinks? It doesn't say it contains caffine and quite frankly I love them.

I am not sure about the diet green tea... i guess it depends on what kind of sweetener they use, because some kinds cause stalls! So check that label! Keep us posted on your journey!
