Newbie aboard

Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to introduce myself and say hello.

I accidentally came across this site a little over two weeks ago when I had started my Atkins induction plan.

The feel good factor is amazing from this diet, I feel like a slim person ( even though Im not LOL ) and full of energy whereas before I'd be lazy and tired most days. God bless Dr.Atkin's and his diet.

Im 5'7" tall and almost 115KG in weight, sorry not sure what that is in pounds.
My goal is to reach my target weight of approx 80KG. I have'nt weighed myself since induction ( approx 15 days now ) but boy do I feel great.

Glad to hear you're feeling better! It certainly is an amazing feeling once your body gets rid of all that crap it was addicted to before.
